mp3 album tracks

Hi, I have a few mp3 albums I was given that are not separated into tracks
(just one long track). How do I separate them as I would like to convert
some tracks to WMA to put on CD? I am very new to this, would I have to
copy with recorder and save? Thanks

Google for a utility of the type "mp3 splitter". There are many out there.
