Bug in "Text Services and Input Languages" ?

I have set up 4 "Installed Services" in "Text Services and
Input Languages" in control panel. This enables the
keyboard change icon on the task bar ( EN, DE, NO ...) and
seems to work ok. When windows is re started all the
settings have gone and the only installed service left is
the default one. Is this a bug or have I some components
missing ?

Just a thought, but are you running EWF?

Its known problem, I can send You sld component to solwe this, its about 40
kB.
 
No, I'm not running EXF. The target is just a size reduced
version of XP Pro desktop.
