After logging in to my MyWay.com email account, I am taken to a page which
displays the application loading on a horizontal bar graph. After it reaches
the 72% mark, the system freezes, the status bar reads "error on page" and
access to the mailbox is cut short. This is the pop-up message that appears:
../btCore.js A required resource could not be loaded, would you like to try
again?
After several attempts, sometimes this messge appears:
../btAppCalendarCore.js A required resource could not be loaded, would you
like to try again?
As far as I know all my Windows, Java and browser (IE 8) software is updated
and in good order. My ISP is PeoplePC Dial-up.
The technical people at BlueTie.com who evidently service the MyWay.com
system, contend that they have never encountered this problem before and will
not help further. My ISP says thier system is functioning properly and not at
fault. I have no problems getting into any other email services (Hotmail,
Yahoo, Gmail etc.) or other sign-in accounts (bsank, credit card...) on the
internet.
Has anyone an idea what I might do to correct the access problem I am having
with the MyWay.com email service?
