mscorwks.dll could not be loaded

I just converted my application from VS2003 (.NET 1.1) to VS2005 (.NET 2.0)
and when I run the application on my clients Terminal Server box I get the
following error:

C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded

Could this be a permissions issue or something else?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you sure v2 is installed on this TS box?

It looks like it's there since the directory exists and has lots of files in
it. I am not an admin on the server so I cannot easily tell if it's
properly installed. I will talk to the admin and double check that.
