BSOD

Built a new PC as old laptop has seen better days. Did a copy of laptop hard
drive in order to keep same software etc I had. Turn on new PC and it just
recycles and gives me a BSOD with the following: Bad_Pool_Caller Stop
0x00000C2 (0x0000007, 0x00000CD4, 0x00720067, 0xBADD44A8)
Have tried a repair install of windows xp pro as I know sometimes it is
required with hardware changes, but the problem still exists. Any ideas
would be wonderful. THank you.

I'm sorry but since the repair install didn't work (the hardware on the
desktop machine is just too different from the laptop and this is No
Surprise), you will need to do a clean install of Windows. Don't forget to
install all the drivers for your hardware when the operating system install
is finished.
