bsod when switching users

Greetings, just did a clean install of XP pro with sp1 to brand new hard
drive. System was running ME with same hardware, no problems. Only new
hardware - 2 new memory modules, both recognized by bios and OS. Half the
time when switching users, the system halts on BSOD. Of course I suspect
the memory but wondering if anyone has seen this behavior before - possibly
video driver related?
