browsing internet explorer

I have updated the latest version of internet explorer
and currently use windows 98. I use dsl from sbc and am
having problems with some web pages. Some pages come in
perfect, but about 1/3 have image problems. Charts and
pictures arent being displayed. Instead there is a blank
box with a red x in the corner. This then offsets the
rest of the web page and makes it useless.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Justin Carley

Try this.

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.

If still no joy then have a look at this page for other issues.
