when I try to surf the web I keep getting a box that
comes up and says "internet explorer has encountered a
problem and must shut down" and it gives me the option of
sending the error report to Microsoft. When I close the
box all open windows shut down... I've been sending the
error reports but have not seen any fixes available.
Please help! Thanks.

If this is not the issue, click the details button and give us the complete
error message

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).

I am encountering the same problem with internet explorer shutting down. I send the error message and review the details but don't seem to find a solution anywhere. The error is: mod: eabh.dll or me2.dll or hungapplication

ME2.DLL = parasite.
