iexplore.exe must shut down

My internet explorer shuts down intermittently and shows the error message "iexplore has encounter problems and must shut down" I then can send a report or not to MS. Once this is done IE closes. This is very annoying. Can anybody help me with this.

Thats the same problem I was getting until someone replied to someone saying this

"Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsin
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extension

If this clears your problem then find out who the malware is.

Basically if that clears up the problem download Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy. Run both of those programs and they will take care of your problem

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
