Browser opens as a minimized window

Everytime I launch the browser from a shortcut, the
browser opens but as a minimized window. I am wondering
how to get rid of that... and have the brower opened as a
maximized window. Thanks!

Don't use the Maximizer button, just place your cursor on the corners and
sides of the small screen until you see the double arrow line <----> keep
the mouse button down and pull the screen edges all around until if fills
the entire window, or are as large as you wish. Then close IE and reopen. Go
to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab
and make sure the box next to Reuse windows for launching shortcuts is
checked.

click the corner and drag outwards!! When the window is
large click the x and reopen

Sorry but if you have other opened IE windows and the stretched window is
not closed last the settings will not be retained.

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
