Browser does not open fully

This is a problem that just started which I didn't have
earlier today. When I click the Internet Explorer 6
browser icon the only thing that shows up is a very tiny
title bar and I have to click on this bar to maximize it.
Why is it not opening to the max as it normally did?

Hi,
Stretch that tiny window out to the desired size- don't use maximize. If
it's the last IE window you close, it should remember that size.
Or, with only that tiny window on the screen, right-click the taskbar and
choose "tile
vertically" (horizontally should also work.)
