Broswer won't open sometimes

Sometimes after a few minutes of internet use, I will
double click the internet explorer program and it wont
load at all. I can see it running in my task manager but
the broswer wont open. This also happens sometimes right
after i reboot also. It also freezes while broswing and
wont let me close the window, but if i try to close it by
right clicking in the taskbar, the window unfreezes for a
split second but then freezes back again. Please help.
