If yours is a retail copy, read here: "How to Replace Lost, Broken, or
Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware"
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=326246

However if it's an OEM copy, your recourse is with the computer
manufacturer, not Microsoft. Contact them to see if they are willing to help
you.

Microsoft will/should only replace the CD if this is a Retail version. They
will not replace any OEM CDs.

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;326246

If it was an OEM license, you should contact the computer's
manufacturer.
