My XP CD is damaged

I want to reinstall my Windows XP, but the Cd is damaged and will not run. I
have the original Product Licence number for my XP home edition so will
Microsoft send me another disc or how else can I get one?

It depends. If "??-OEM-??" is part of the Product Key, some supplier would
sell you a copy. If not, you can call MS for a copy for a few bucks.

than having to pay technical support, Can I still use the USA number?
