Ran Norton Cleansweep and now can't connect through BT ASDL modem. When I run a test (through programs) says error 623. AOL say it's not their problem. Can't find what to do. Can anyone help?
Use of Cleansweep has always been dangerous because the full implications of
deleteing what it finds are not always apparent.. the fact that it is now
called Norton Cleansweep would make me even more wary of using it.. have you
tried creating a new connection or running the scannow feature?..
