How can I stop receiving Error 623 messages ?

Keep getting error 623 messages which appears to be blocking incoming mail to
outlook. Running windowsxp home. Any advice anyone ?

Care to post an example or the error? Also state your version of Outlook
and type of account.

Hello Brian,

Thank you - Outlook 2003 (??)

Example :
Network Connections : Error 623
The System could not find the phone book entry for this connection.

I am also getting "Enter Network Password" box keep appearing.

All this does happen once in a while - I could go back to it later and it
may have resolved itself like it has in the past, but it is all rather
annoying.
