MS Outlook 2003 - Error 623: system couldn't find the phone book e

in MS Outlook, all of a sudden I can't seem to get the program to
automatically download off the server onto my hard drive. I have recently
changed from dial up (yes, I know!) to Broadband ADSL Wi Fi. All was going
well and I can only seem to get it to download off the server every 2-3
weeks, which is very inconvenient. When I click on the 'Send/Receive' icon
on the menu, I get the message: "Error 623: The system could not find the
phone book entry for this connection". I don't have Business Contact Manager
connected or running. My provider, Telstra, cannot help. Can anyone else
suggest something?

Based on the error, it looks like Outlook is still trying to find/use your
dialup settings. Take a peek at your account settings in Outlook and see
how and verify your connection settings. Here is a screenshot of the
connections tab that I want you to look at.

You want the radio button filled in for connect using my local area network.
Uncheck the box right below it for connect with modem if offline.
