phone book entry

I cannot send ant email through out look, keep getting
Cannot Load Dialog
Error 623: The system could not find phone book entry for this connection.

Now I have a DSL line and did not have any problem when I first set it up.
The weird thing is I am able to receive but not send.... Help

Go to Connections in Internet Options and check Never dial a connection. In
your email program, choose Use LAN settings for connection.
