bridge.exe virus??

I know I have something wrong with my system. Virus
Detector keeps popping up with "bridge.exe" State:deleted

But even thought it says deleted, I'm getting twice as
many pop-ups and sometimes hearing music even though my
cd rom is NOT going and no Browsers are open.

Anyone know why??
