(BP) Turn off progs on start up

Hi everybody.
I have installed synchtoy and it keeps coming up with a microsoft folder
every time on start up. How do I stop it? It is not in the start up folder
and I have looked in msconfig (where I previously unchecked a windows program
in the start up tab that did the same thing). Any ideas?
 
Had a simular problem with SyncToy, found the issue was caused by a service
not having " " around it in the RUN section of the registry. Resolved this
and the window stopped opening.

Download Startup Tracker application from this page:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_starttrack.htm

Launch the program, and click the "View log" button. Post the contents of
the log file here.

Note: No need to post the following sections:
