Bounced?

I read the messages regarding bounced email and I'm wondering if something
like that is happening with newsletters I've been receiving for years.

When I first started using Windows Mail I was receiving my mail same as when
I was using Outlook. Then there were a few problems with Windows Mail and
newsletters I'd received for well over five years stopped coming. When I go
to the website for that particular newsletter my email address is the
correct one but I don't receive the newsletter any longer.

So, I did a little test! I also have web-based email and I forwarded a
newsletter from one online account and never received it. I then forwarded
that same newsletter to a different web-based email account and from there
forwarded that same newsletter to the email account I originally wanted to
receive it at. Never received it. I believe in all I tried three or four
times to forward that particular newsletter but it was never received at the
desired email address.

I somehow think it's not Windows Mail causing this to happen. I was running
McAfee only because it came installed on my new system. Since yesterday I've
gone to a different security app.

Anyway, anyone have any thoughts on why I am unable to receive the
newsletters I've been subscribed to for all these years and now since I have
Windows Mail I don't get them any longer? Is it possible my ISP is blocking
them? Just wondering!

Kind of long-winded and thanks for reading,
Kay

Its hard to tell. I'd get rid of McAfee and then test the account again.
(see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3) Also check your mail account via webmail
and see if there are spam filters on the server that may need adjusting. It
could be the ISP is filtering also.
