I get this bounced message when I use my cox.net and send emails to anybody
who has a msn.com address. I've contacted my ISP and msn.com but they havn't
replied. Can someone give me a solution? Thanks

I have to say that this is not a Windows Mail problem. You need to be making
a phone call maybe to your ISP to start with to see what the problem may
be.

To see if you have some kind of problem in general, download Thunderbird
(free) for Vista and see if the problem follows.
