When I have seen something similar to this it was because one ISP has
black-listed another ISP for the bad behaviour of one of the subscribers
(thereby punishing all other subscribers). The only way I was able to get it
fixed was to appeal to my ISP...who in turn appeals to the blocking ISP.
Note that I am assuming you are not the "ill-behaved" user ;-)

But have you taken steps to ensure it is not just your PC it is blocking?
Try sending a message from a different PC (assuming you have a web-based
client option to use with your Cox account). Maybe your PC is infected with
some type of spamming bot...have you checked for malware?

I have liveone from MicroSoft that came with the Vista upgrade. I'll send an
email from another cox.net email address to check that out. I'm only guilty
of sending the normal stupid stuff my friends pass around. I'm still waiting
on cox.net and msn.com to reply to my emails. If I find out i'll let you
know.

Thanks for your help
