When trying to update some existing software, a bootvis box pops up and then
I get a "unrecognizable file format" error message. The software's tech
support says it is a problem with my operating system. Any ideas? XP Pro

The software's tech support almost always blame the operating system.

Over 80+% of computer errors are "user error".

I thought bootvis came with XP. I understand that Microsoft no longer
supports bootvis.
