bootvis for x64 Edition?

I'm running XP Pro x64 edition on a dual-core Athlon X2 3800+ system,
and my machine sits and blinks its hard drive light for at least a
solid minute during bootup. With 32-bit Windows, I've used bootvis to
track down the cause of boot delays, but that tool doesn't work on x64
edition (I tried--it rebooted the system, popped up after the reboot,
complained that the trace log was invalid, and closed itself). Is
there a 64-bit version of bootvis anywhere? Or any other tips to track
down what is causing this boot delay?
