Problem installing Windows XP x64 edition build 1247

I have computer with ASUS K8V Deluxe motherboard and a Athlon 64 Processor.
I also have SATA disks

I had an earlier build of Windows XP x64 edition installed and tried to
upgrade to build 1247.

The installation crashes into the following "Blue Screen"

A Problem has been detected and windows has ben shut down to prevent damage

Modification of system code or a ciritical data structure was detected.

Does anyone know what the problem is or have a solution?

Does anyone know when Microsoft expects to RTM the x64 edition of Windows
