bootvis help

when trying to run bootvis trace, error message comes up, "number of physical
drives in the trace file is 0" "trace file has invalid system configuration
information" I am experiencing very slow start up and am trying to run
bootvis for info. Also the optimizer in bootvis does not work, the optimizing
screen just hangs and does nothing. Any suggestions. I downloaded bootvis
from softpedia and from microsoft

Microsoft does not provide help to end-users for "bootvis". They have said
before that the en-users should not be using it and that it is for software
developers.
