Bootvis Problem

I am trying to find out why my bootup takes over 4 minutes: But I can't get
Bootvis to run properly. I set it to trace a boot sequence, and it tries to
give me a result after boot up. But each time BootVis starts to deliver the
goods, I get the error message "Defragging....:BootVis.exe - Appliaction
Error" "The instruction at '0x7c911c48' referenced memory at '0xffffffff8'.
The memory could not be 'read'
Click OK to terminate the program
Click CANCEL to debu the program"

I have Diskeeper disabled in the Services but that makes no difference.
Help!!!!

You should simply open BootVis,all should be checked but the hd option,
go to trace, select optimize. The utility then gives 10 seconds or so for
reboot,
upon starting xp,you should see a sleep folder under BootVis for 15-20
seconds
or so,then the utility starts optimizing the start up files. You really dont
set
it at all,let it run in default. If the above doesnt run as it should, the
file or
download might be corrupt.Dont forget microsoft pitched it 3 or 4 yrs
ago.....
