Booting from CF problem...

Basically, I can install XP Pro on a "consumer grade" CF card in my
target system and have it boot without any problems (no special
treatment at all, just run the XP Pro install disk and it will
properly install on the CF).

I can also create a WES2009 image and boot it OK from a hard drive on
the system.

However, what I would like to do is to boot the WES2009 image from the
CF card but I just can't get it to work. What steps do I need to take?
I even tried to remove the XP Pro install from the CF and copy the
WES2009 image onto the CF card but it still fails to boot (basically
can't find the OS, it seems). What am I missing here?

you have to use the ufdprep.com tool to boot from your cf card
it is found in your embedded install folder under utilities.
