bootable 98 cd

i am using nero burning, and i want to bootable cd, in windows 98. but i can't do this. how can i bootable 98 cd?
i hope u can sujest me flopy drive and unformated flopy. but my drive can't do this and an error message in appair.
please other way sujest me.

This may help you.

Create the bootable CD, adding the contents of the Win 98 boot disk to it instead of a Bios.

I don't know if it would work, never tried it myself.
