Boot Without Logon and Start App

I have a need to have my computer to boot by BIOS alarm and use startup to
run app. How can I boot without logon screen? Forgive me if this question
has been answered before.

As far as i know, u 1st need to turn off the guest account and then delete
any acounts that can be deleted (From computer mangement). you'll be logged
on as the built-in administrator.
Another way is to run your app and hibernate the system. there'll be no need
to log on, the programs had already been run.
