After I start my computer and log in the computer does
nothing for 2 mins. and then starts to boot. I don't know
why it doesn't boot up right away. Any ideas? Thanks, mg

Why do you have a password in the BIOS? That's what appears to be slowing
things down?

I log in to the network. All other computers here go
start to the boot up process. This one just waits. What
do you mean password in the BIOS? Is it something that is
holding up the boot up process ?

Do you have a a lot of icons that start up on youre system tray? (beside youre clock)?
