Not quite understood your question. But if you want to remove (/add/modify)
IE favorite links during FBA, you will need to change the file install.ins
that is under "\Program Files\Internet Explorer\SIGNUP" ( and
[FavoritesEx] sections). The file is part of "Internet Explorer" component,
of course.
You may add the new version of the file through your component (put it under
"%16422%\Files\Internet Explorer\SIGNUP") or using TD Extra Files option.
Make sure you set "Overwrite" extended property of the file item set to
TRUE.
