Boot up error \3\LXBStime.dll

When I boot up I am getting this message all of a sudden. This is something
new.............. Hod do I get rid of it?
 
\3\LXBStime.dll
The specified module could not be found.


Sorry for the ommission
 
I boot up and as I am waiting for the "startup" programs to initialize this
Error message appears..............
 
Dave - I do not know what you are looking for in a response. I described to
you the event leading up to the error message.
