Get an error message on startup
C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\w32x86\3\LXBStime.dll. Could you help me
get rid of it? Thanks!

Reinstalled printer but the error message is still there on start up. It
also says "specified module cannot be found". Sorry I omitted that before.
Thanks for trying to help. Any other suggestion?

Did the error message mention that the file couldn't be found? If so,
do you, or did you have this tape drive?

Or perhaps a Lexmark printer.. If either, did you remove it? If so,
the area of the registry that loads all .dll files for easy access is
still looking for the deleted file. You need to reinstall the software,
and remove it properly using Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, or the
removal software that came with the device and, should be located in its
Start Menu folder.

You can also run REGEDIT, press Home key to start at the top of its
listing, press F3 to search, type LXBStime.dll into the search pane,
click Find Next, delete the entry, press F3 to continue the search.

Don't do all that unless the cause is one of those I implied.

OK, I read further.. you did reinstall the Lexmark printer, so don't
delete the registry entries. Make sure the file is present with a
search, possibly move it to the listed folder so XP will see it during
startup.
