Boot menu : edit with bootcfg.exe? Where?

Hi all,

I want to edit the boot menu on my XP Home (SP1) system.

I was referred to MSKB article #289022, which describes
several methods to do that.

My favorite is to use the "bootcfg.exe" command-line utility,
except that I can't find it anywhere.

Where is that utility?

The file you are looking for is boot.ini and is located on C:\...It is a
hidden file. Or system properties\advanced\start up and recovery\settings
button\edit button.
