Boot Loop

I have a new computer witha new install of XP Home. When I
started it up today it got as far as the welcome screen
then went back to the post screen and justs continually
loops. This is driving me bonkers. PLEASE HELP!!

Tap F8 when going through POST you get a Start Up Screen
Click to expand...
select Start using: Last Known Good Configuration
