It's taking about two minutes to fully load windows after the intial windows screen. I've a 2.4g pentium, 1g ram. I've tried everything I know, msconfig, disable services, checked the boot.ini, win.ini. I do tweak a lot, so I may have changed something I'm unaware of

Help would be appreciated, Oh yeh, it used to boot in 30-40 seconds. thanks ctlb
