Bluetooth

I have Win XP Proffesional and MIcrosoft Wireless desktop
for Bluetooth, both are working fine. Does anybody know
how to enable File exchange profile on PC to share files
with my Bluetooth PDA?

Hi Martin

Networking services (necessary for synchronisation) are currently not
supported by Microsoft's Bluetooth drivers - although an update has been
expected for some time.

The Guide to Bluetooth on Tom's Hardware site is a good place to review the
capabilities of MS Bluetooth

Have a look, in particular, at the "Connecting other Bluetooth devices",
"Failures" and "Successes".

Although the article was written in March 2003, the reported update has not
appeared yet.

I have seen some reports that Service Pack 2 - due out later this year -
includes
an overhaul of the Bluetooth drivers... but I can't confirm this.
