BlueTooth Stack install help

Hello,
I need to install the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack on windows xp embedded with
sp1.
The installer Bluetooth "ms Mouse & Keyboard" software cdrom for MS
intellitype pro and ms intelli point is what I have.
the Bluetooth stack is the only thing I need from it. But I have one
problem. The installer will not run because I don't have the windows xp sp1.
but I have windows xp embedded with sp1.
I tried extracting the installer and doing installing manually by clicking
on the inf's or from the "config panel->System>hardware>device->update
driver" options.
But I had no success. I heard there was a workaround for installers to fool
them by changing some registry settings. I could not find such workaround.
If anyone knows a solution for this, or has any tips, I would really
appreciate it.

It would be better to make component that wont use installer.

But if your installer check is service pack 1 is installed than you can fix
issue with XPE and SP1 reporting.
