Use bluetooth KB without installing drivers?

I am using Windows XP Embedded with an HP thin client PC. I want to use my
bluetooth wireless Keyboard and Mouse with it but the flash drive that this
thin Client PC runs off is designed with no storage so I need plug and play.
The mouse works fine without the drivers but i can't get the KB to connect.
Do you need to install the drivers to use the bluetooth keyboard or am I
doing something wrong? Also, does anyone know of a better another wireless
keyboard and mouse with a long range that is plug & play?

Thanks.

Limpio,

You could check the setupapi.log to see if there is any indication of what
is missing. Try this.... One setupapi.log in the \Windows directory. Place
some blank space at the end of the file, save and close. Attach the
bluetooth keyboard and mouse then open setupapi.log again and scroll down to
the end of the file and see what it says. Maybe attach that text here and we
can help further.

HTH,
Brad
