MS xp sp2 bluetooth stack has no headset profile?

So to use a bluetooth headset (VXI) for voice dictation, I first need
to uninstall the MS bluetooth stack and disable the bluetooth radio
that came with my laptop... thereby allowing me to install a 3rd party
dongle and Widcomm?

If this is right, how is the MS bluetooth stack unistalled?

I've seen this but it is 3 years old.

Uninstall the Bluetooth radios

Locate and rename BTH.INF file

Install Widcomm software

Then, plug in Widcomm compatible dongle

And YES, this is still vaild, if you have SP2 or SP3 installed.

Be aware that not all 'bluetooth" receivers (aka radios) will work
with Widcomm.

However, it seems that all Bluetooth receivers will work with
Micorsoft's BT stack.
