Bluetooth devices

I'm having a problem re-installing Bluetooth Devices.

When trying to set the devices up I get the following message: An error
occurred while windows saving your settings, the following settings were not
saved:

Dizcoverability Settings
Connection Settings

Has anyone else had a problem with Bluetooth Devices?
