Bluetooth and ICS and DNS problems in Windows XP Home

ICS has several dependencies RPC, IPSEC and several
others. If you go to Administrative Tools > Computer
Management > Sevices there is a service called "Internet
Connection Firewal (ICF)/Internet Connection Sharing".
Right click on this and go to properties and the
Dependencies tab will show all the dependent services.
Then check to see that they are all running.
