well i can give you a run down for intance its a stop message beginning
dumpof physical memorythen physical dump complete scheck to be sure you have
adaquete disk spacethis allways occure like after running my file sharing
program like bear share but now i have uninstalled that and now i was just
playing my online game battlefield 2 for a couple hours and right after that
stoped is when i got the blue screen.

The system should have generated an Error Report, which will accessible
using Event Viewer ( System tab ). Please post a copy. There will also
be a dump file but this is not so easy to read.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Administrative Tools,
Event Viewer.
When researching the meaning of the error, information regarding Event
ID, Source
and Description are important.

HOW TO: View and Manage Event Logs in Event Viewer in Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;308427&Product=winxp

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the
error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a button
resembling two
pages. Double click the button and close Event Viewer. Now start your
message
(email) and do a paste into the body of the message. This will paste the
info from the
Event Viewer Error Report complete with links into the message. Make
sure this is
the first paste after exiting from Event Viewer.

key word being bluescreen and a bunch of people are haveing the same problems
so i just uninstalled my firewall and am using my xp windows sevice pack2
firewall instead thanx i hope this works

It might still help if you posted copies of the Error Reports as they
could reveal the nature of the problem.

The problem is when you double click the button effectively selecting a
copy command you see not visible result until you paste. It had me
puzzled for quite a time.

I am sorry but you are still posting an incomplete Stop Error message.
You are omitting key parts.

Please post a copy of the Stop Error message.

I suggest you Disable automatic restart on system failure. This should
help by allowing time to write down the STOP code properly. Right click
on the My Computer icon on the Desktop and select Properties, Advanced,
StartUp and Recovery, System Failure and uncheck box before
Automatically Restart.

Enable automatic restart on system failure after you have captured /
copied and pasted the message in a further post here.

well i know for a fact that those numbers ARE the the only info needed to
find out whats wrong i just dont know where to find the log to compare i
looked all this up and they said to make sure to wite down the error codes
whitch i gave to you there is nothing else in the report othere than it
saying that it is dumping physical memory and then saying phisical memoy dump
complete that is everything in the report other than the stop error codes i
promise you this much i know the rest i was hoping you would be able to help
if not i understand and thank you

You're still shooting yourself in the foot. The problem is you don't
know!

There follows part of a Stop Error message, which demonstrates how you
are mistaken.

STOP: 0x00000027 (0xBAAD009C,0xF894c288,0xF894BF88,0xF7E5B988)

You will see there are five components and not four as you keep
insisting! There will also be some narrative after those components,
which varies according to the particular Stop message.

first of all these are not considered components theyt are called sop error
codes the first one is the main problem and the four that follow are detail
within the firtst one at least that what it said at the forum .ps well like i
said if you dont know after i given you the codes whitch ARE the SPECIFIC
PROBLEM in detailed code then you dont know what it takes to help me look as
long as i got rid of the bad update for zonelabs firewall i have had no more
problems and appreciate your help and cant figure out y there is no option
when i double click in the event viewer to get the copy of report buy i given
you the just of it and there was nothing more to give
