Blue Screens & ACPI.sys

After initial install I get a Blue Screen :

Western Digital - 500 Gb Sata HD
Grafix : PNY GeForce 8600 GTS 256 Mb
Power Supply : Antec Neo HE500

I've already tried to replace the motherboard by a Intel DG33TL,
replaced the ddr memory, other hard drives (first tried it with
Raptors
10 K rpm, ...

Error messages :

ACPI.SYS - address F735DF56 base at F7357000
datestamp 411 07D27

STOP : 0X000000D1
(0X00000015, 0X00000002, 0,00000000, 0X735DF56)

I would try Start, Run, type "sfc /scannow" without quotes
and hit Enter.

You will need your CD.

If your CD does not incorporate the SP2 update because it dates from
2004 or earlier come back for further advice.

Another possibility is malware. What are your anti-virus and
anti-spyware arrangements?

Hope this helps.

Most BSODs are caused by driver issues - I assume you allready tried starting
safe mode?
