DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Physical memory dump
goes to 100%
Then says
Stop:0x000000D1 (0x8ac16BDE, 0x00000002, 0x00000008, 0x89c16bde)
Wanarp.sys-Adress 89c16BDE base at 89c04000, Data stamp 4549b325

How do I fix this error it restored it back to the Media edtion I had before

Based on other posts you have a bad combination of hardware:
(None of your hardware is bad,
Vista is just having troubles sorting it out during the install.)

SLI motherboard (Try turning off the SLI function in BIOS during the install)
Nvidia 8800 (No working drivers at this point.
If you have on-board video, remove the Nvidia card until
the install is complete.)
On-board sound (need more details, but some don't have compatible drivers)
SATA drive (Only one drive?
If not, disconnect all but the installation drive.
Reconnect when done.)

When you turn things back on... do them one at a time.

PS.
WANARP.sys is part of the Remote Assist program... tcpip stuff.
It is unlikely to cause the errors you are describing, so

If you are upgrading, delete WANARP.sys first and the install will 100%
replace the file. (WANARP.sys is the source of some viruses, trojans, etc.
and the upgrade may be having trouble with it.)

If you are doing a clean install, then again, it is unlikely the problem.
More likely, it is where the install gets to when the other issues take over.
