hi,
my xp has run into this problem where it boots up to the blue screen that
says you have to do scandisk and etc, then it restart to the boot option
screen with options to boot into safe mode and etc. I chose safe mode, but
half way in the process, it reboot itself into the blue screen again. so the
cycle continues.
I tried all other options (eg, safe mode with command prompt) but the
results are the same.
This problem starts after my norton antivirus popup said it has found a new
network. I chose customise, up to some point it fails. Then I get into this
problem after the next reboot.
Please advice. Thanks in advance
