Once every couple of days my computer crashes to this blue screen:

*** STOP: 0x0000007A (0xc03e10fc, 0xc000000E, 0xf843f544, 0x13047860) ***

NTFS.SYS Address f843f544 base at f83ec000, datestamp 3d6de5c1

How can I fix this.

This stop error generally indicates either a block of data tried to be read
from a bad sector on the hard drive, or that a piece of data tried to be
loaded into a bad sector of one of the RAM sitcks. To check that the hard
drive is ok, go to Start, Run, type in without quotes "chkdsk /f/r". You
won't be able to run it while in windows so it will ask you to reboot. This
process generally takes a couple of hours, so let it go overnight, or while
you will not be needing your computer for an extended period of time.

To make sure that your RAM is not the problem, if your system manufactureer
provided a RAM diagnostic tool, run it. If they did not provide one, go here
to download MemTest86

http://www.memtest86.com/

Download the latest version of Memtest and extract the contents of the zip
file to a folder (e.g: C:\Temp). Insert a blank floppy disk and open the
install.bat file you extracted from the zip file.

Leave the floppy in the drive and reboot. Run the ram tests.... if errors
are detected, you will need to replace your ram.
