blue screen STOP!

I am running a Compaq Proliant 3000 system with Server
2000. I have all my updates current. Recently I have
been getting a blue screen with :
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT HANDLED
Stop 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0xA00BDS37,)0x00000000
Address A00BD537 base at A00000000 win32k.sys
Then does a memory dump.

I have another Compaq Proliant that is Identical but does
not have this problem.

This has been happening at least once a day.
I have checked all the MS knowledgebase and the only
thing I can find refers to the service pack 4, which has
been done.

Can anyone help!

I did check for a memory leak and every related memory
leak topic in the knowledge base refers to the newest
service pack for the fix. I am running the latest
service pack.
